So as promised another update on this project.
Having the main bodywork of the rear section completed i started to modify the driver cabine.
I therefore removed and replaced all frontlights the way they are placed on the towerladders.
Once the parts were detached i further modified the appearance of the headlights to a more realistic look.
One thing that still bothers me with the ten truck are the headlights, which look just like some door locks or maintenance covers, but not like headlights

First as they looked like before

The next step was to remove all ten truck markings and creating the mountings for the two front side flashers, which are attached to both front end corners.

Good job on fixing that front end
Thank you :D

And realising that the shot of the front end of the ten truck from the beginning doesn´t really show the difference, here is a closer shot of my other ten truck.

For comparison, i also attached shots of Engine 273 and 21, which clearly show, that code 3 could´ve done better on the ten truck by simply using they´re old molds/parts :!: :?:

Hi everybody
finally the last update on the building progress! :D
Due to the amount of steps i may not finish everything today, but the rest will follow tomorrow

Those who followed this build from the very beginning, know that i wasn´t to pleased with the vertical stabilizers for this truck  .
So i finally came up with a far better version of them
Out of rectangular brass tubes and a brass u-shape rod and brass square rods i created the new vertical stabilizers.
First i cut the four stabilizer casings and filed a small gap in them. Then i cut out a square piece of the end of the u-shape rods.
This way i created the brackets for the stabilizer casings.

Four square brass pieces in a smaller diameter were also cut to fit into the stabilizer casing as slide outs.

This was followed by drilling small holes into the stabilizers to hold the slide outs in position.

To finish the construction i created small top covers out of 0,5mm styrene sheets and secured the stabilizers with super glue onto the s-shape rod.
Finally i put the paintcoat on, done!
I my opinion it locks far better than before :D

With the rebuild of the stabilizers the main "bodywork" was done and only the small details remained.
Allthough "only the small details" remained, they were quite a few. ;)
And i think these building steps wouldn´t be very interesting to explain in detail part by part :? .
So the following steps are more of a "fast forward" version.
One major change was to add the reflective markings to the truck, which followed next.

Next i simply used parts from the Engine 68 remainings such as the pump presure meters and add them to the front compartments.
