...and the diamond plate parts for the rear and top compartment surface together with some L-shape rods as rain gutters.

I further built the rack attachments for the surfboard and the stretcher out of T- and U-shape rods.

The next step was to paint the compartment doorhandles chrome, using the "Molotow Liquid Chrome pen".
Some of you probably noticed that I meanwhile "shrunk" the compartment door handles, since they were out of scale.
I already noticed it after painting, but I thought when adding the chrome it will look ok

Exactly the opposite happened, it pretty much highlighted the error further

So I ended up filling the former holes, drilling smaller ones into it and then repainting the whole part

I continued with the equipment like the rescue can/buoy.
Therefore I used 1,5mm, 1mm strip styrene and a 1mm styrene round rod.

The styrene rod was cut to an small arrow and the round rod was then horizontaly wrapped around it.

finally I added the 1mm styrene strip on top of the arrow. But since I filled the 1mm strip about half way down, i suggest a 0,5mm strip would do the job

I think the outcome pretty much looks like the rescue can, even without paint on.

The other, nice feature were the swim fins.
These were made out of 1mm and 0,5 mm styrene sheet and strip styrene.

For the rear handles on top of the compartments I simply used paper clips, cut to size.

meanwhile I also painted the diamondplates with the Molotow pen. It worked perfectly even with this, rather big, surface

Then I punched out some side reflectors, out of reflective sheet.

Next I concentrated on the emergency lights.
To create them I punched out round lights of self adhesive clear gemstone/decoration stickers and cutting out rectangular shapes as well. Finally I even painted a small, tiny chrome trim around the rectangular lights.
