Greenlight LAPD

I did a little fixing to the Greenlight The Rookie Crown Vic. I made it more like an actual LAPD unit.

Replaced the LED bar with a Vista Style
Added correct unit markings on the roof and trunk
Replaced the generic LAPD bumper sticker with a recruiting one - not that you can read it
Change the wheels to full wheel covers which i painted aluminum to reduce the chrome - it could use another coat.
