If he's going by the photos then he'll have accurate accessories. My friend who sells his models said he's a stickler for accuracy. Here's a photo of a 1970 Ford from his Facebook page and a photo of the '58 Ford prototype. (These were all based on "civilian" models already in his line, so that accounts for "civilian" hubcaps, etc.)

Here are a couple more photos from the Goldvarg Collection Facebook page - 1958 Fords and a 1970 Ford. The color of the light on the '70 still needs to be changed.

Here are some photos from the Goldvarg display at the Nuremberg Toy Fair, posted on Sergio Goldvarg's Facebook page. Still needs to change that light on the '70 Ford. He also plans to do additional police cars - he has a photo on his page of a '58 Ford in Ohio State Patrol markings, but it's on a hardtop. He said he was just playing around with the possibilities and he would use sedans if he made any police models.

Goldvarg now has multiple photos of his NYPD models posted on his website. They are all listed as "under development" (I hope that means there's still a chance he will change the blue light on the '70 Ford and put proper police wheel covers on the '70 and '59 Fords.) There is no release date and a friend of mine who's a Goldvarg dealer says they aren't yet listed in the pre-order section. However, they now have a price listed; each one is $109.

With his attention to detail, I'm confident the blue light wont stay. I seem to recall someone saying it was just on there for scale and R&D. So far they look amazing.

I agree with Troy, I'm sure the Blue light was just to size and scale. But looking good so far.

I finally got around to just asking Sergio Goldvarg about the light on the 1970 Ford since he's released a lot more photos of the model; he confirmed that the photos are still of the prototype that was done for the Toy Fair and the final product will have a red light (the real one was a clear dome with red lenses on the interior lamps, I think) and other minor improvements. So I'm really looking forward to these models even more!

A red dome sort of solves one problem, but it also needs dog dish hubcaps. Fingers crossed that the final release version has the necessary changes, as this one is on my buy list. :)

He just told me via a Facebook post that the 1970 Ford will be released in September and the 1953 Ford Courier ESU REP in December. Didn't give a release date for the '58 Ford.
