Here's what the truck will look like once the flood lights are finished. Mounting brackets will be made for each one. Two more complete castings need to be made as the unpainted one in the photo has a flaw in the lens. That's the master for the flood lights in the middle.

The flood lights are finished as of today. The only thing left is to "wire" them into the body. I used BMF to cover the lens of each light and then sprayed the whole thing with silver. After the paint dried the BMF was taken off to reveal the white lens. Common pins were used for the lens cover clamps and brass strip stock and a thin slice of PVC pipe was used the the base.

Almost there! Flood lights are finished and permanently mounted. Work has continued to assemble equipment for each of the compartments. So far here is what we have.

Cab and body are now mounted to the frame.

Right rear compartment has K-12 saw and gas can

Rear has a portable generator, CO2 extinguisher, bucket and a "compartment door opener" so far. More to come for this area. Also cushions were made for the seats.

Left rear compartment has a tool box and ropes.

Left front has control panel for flood lights with connections for additional lighting. Also some hand tools and traffic cones. Tools need to be shelf mounted though.

I guess I exceeded the amount of photos that can be uploaded in one sitting. So here is the right front compartment that includes two sets of jaws, a hydraulic hose reel and a hydraulics motor for the operation of the tools.
