I found another Fire Replicas model that can be changed up easily. This was the Fire Replicas 1947 FDNY Mack engine. The FDNY decal was a easy removal.
I took off the scaling ladders and added the two hard suctions on the drivers side and a regular wood ladder on the officer's side. I had a old corgi Mack that i took the booster reels off of and replaced the huge deluge gun. I added a nozzle with straps and another axe on the drivers side. Using inquarters decals I am trying to see which department I want to mark it for.

Re: 1947 Mack
That's a beautiful old Mack. City of Boston, as well as many others, had lots of those.
Re: 1947 Mack
The reason it looks so real it was replicated by Fire Replicas. The Fire Replicas 1947 Mack L can be changed up to represent many departments. This one was changed over using decals from InQuarters Decals and a Corgi booster reel to replace the deluge gun. You can even make it look like the pictures from the 40's. Done that once or twice! Gives it a nice vintage look!

Black and white photo's make such a realistic looking, "period", style photo.
