New Brush Truck

We had a sunny low humidity, warm day perfect for painting. I wanted to get some primer and paint on a few trucks.

The White Type 3 is going to sit this way until I can figure out what I want to do. It's just primed right now.

The Yellow/Green will be Moose Lake Brush Truck, (Thanks Matt) the donor was a Fire Replicas FDNY Brush truck. The cab was a full stripe down, while on the body I removed the FDNY markings and painted the stainless steel compartment doors. This truck is was primed, painted with Dupont 7760 color, and clear coated. I will give it a few days to dry. Not sure if the bumper and wheels will be chrome or painted yet.

Those are nice looking rigs. Sure wish they made the Workstar in 1/25 kit form!!

Made a little more progress over the weekend, putting parts on and changing up a few thinks. Decal are from InQuarters

Thanks Troy, when Matt sent me the decals and he saw the painted truck, he said it should be BLM as well however I have always like the name Moose Lake since he got those decals....You counting days yet :)

October 19th is my last official work day but with using up some vacation days, I have 17 work days left. I can't wait!!!!
