1:64TH Spartan Metro Star Top mount Engine

Post by Skylar NV » Sat Aug 08, 2020 5:59 am

And here is another build that i did in 2019 that today i finished doing decals on. for decals i use GENERIC, SCALE STRIPES and San Diego to make the truck pop.

This was a major kitbash to do and lots of work to get the metro star look just right. this truck started out as a Code 3 X-mas Pierce Dash top mount pumper. With heavy cab modifications and roof extension and front end work. front cab lights are resin casted, grille is styrene with a scale detail printed grille decal, lightbar is resin casted. as for the rear body it pretty well stayed the same except for the rear compartment door and how the hose bed has been changed around. the rear chevron decals where leftover scraps that i repainted by had with testors yellow to get a popping look!.

Once Again thanks for checking out my models

Great conversion. That's what kitbashing is all about.

Thanks for sharing
