If that is all you need, then look for a Maisto police car. It has a decent LED style bar in clear that can be painted. Only a $1 at a lot of Dollar Tree and Walmart stores. If using on an apparatus it works well.

I have some RPS LED but they aren't a solid color, more detailed and more expensive.
