I am looking to purchase a sheet of NYPD door shields in 1/64 scale for various projects.

Do you want good or cheap? If you want the best go to inquarters.com. Next best would be Bill Bozo decals. If you want cheap there are several “companies” that do them on ebay and have sheets.
