Is that a Awesome Diecast custom? Or a production piece, I like it!

Awesome Diecast is a company in Boca Raton, FL. Got mine ordered a few minutes ago.

I am familiar with them, but I have seen them slap some decals on models and sell them. I was just wondering if this was the case or if this is an actual manufactured model as is

That is super cool.

HU (Heavy Utility) is the correct LAFD designation.

Here is a pic of a similar unit: https://www.fire-image.com/media.detail ... iaID=13408

This one is not one of those 'Slap on decals' models, though I have heard of them too. This one is being sold by other dealers as well and is put out by Iconic Replicas. It's not an accurate model but still looks worth having.
