Welcome to the new home of FireEngines.net . We hope this forum will become what our old one was, a place to meet and discuss the hobby of model fire engines and models relating to emergency vehicles. We have eliminated a few categories, that were on the old site. They were not used enough to justify having them. There will be some kinks to work out, like with anything new. The software is new to us, so we will be making adjustments as we see the need. Most every feature of the old forum software is here, but this one is a bit more smart phone friendly. Guests can not see the buy and sell area, and newly registered members can not post in it until after 10 posts, at which time they become regular members. There is no other category of memberships like before. Photos can be up to 500 KB each. Uploading is very similar to the old forums. You do have to wait until the green bar in the lower right corner goes from a bar to a green check mark. You can upload six photos per post. Avatars are set at 90 x 90 and the signature line is 120 characters. For now, you can delete your own topic, which will help in the Buy and Sell. You have 20 minutes to edit a post. Its possible we missed something, and also possible we will have to change something. Thank you for your support over the years. Rich, Larry, Joe, Steven
