Update: in case the booms of your Franklin Mint Snorkel ever weaken, a simple repair solution has been discovered and implemented! The size of my photos makes it challenging to post them, so give a shout if I can be of assistance. I have a feeling this has never happened to anyone but me, though :ro...

That is fantastic! I obtained a brand new FM snorkel. The lower boom is firm. But the top one which holds the upper arm - it does not stand up at all.

In case anyone can suggest...how does one firm up or repair this boom?
