Replex tires.....

Does anyone know of a good source of replacement tires for the old Replex Mack pumpers? I have 2 fronts that are turning white & crumbling. I have tried a couple sellers on eBay for 1/43 tires/wheels, but nothing has fit.

Re: Chicago 1970's rear mount seagrave

We had 3 similar white over red Seagrave Rear Admirals in the 70s. (Trucks 6,7 & 8) I have to ask 1 question on this piece.... what is the bird house like item on the driver's side front bumper? Ansul extinguisher, some trucks had them mounted in front, engines normally had them on the officer side...

Re: Chicago Snorkel is up on Fire Replicas

I'm curious if there are plans for future non-Chicago versions of this rig.

Mendon is a semi rural suburb just south east of the City of Rochester, NY..... looks REALLY familiar.

Re: Inspection photos of the Seagrave Rear Mounts

The one thing missing from my 1/50 fleet is an American style snorkel. Between the likely quick sell out, & the unaffordable price, that open slot will be staying open. It does look nice though.

Re: Greenlight 1/64 Dually Drivers, new series!

I wonder if they will scale up to 1/43 at some point..... 1/50 would be even better, but they haven't done 1/50 before, so won't dwell on that.

Still waiting to see the first one in the catalogs (maybe missed it?), but I think I like this one better.

Re: Still don't get it...

I am right there with you. Buying one of their pieces is pretty much a year's hobby budget for me.
