Spotted this post online. Hasegawa of Japan has issued a 1:72 scale plastic kit of the new Rosenbauer 6x6 Panther. Kit # SW05. Has decals with Japanese markings, but there is at least one set of aftermarket decals on the market. Comes with driver and one F/F seated figure. Here is a link to one deal...

Saw this piece in the new issue of Toy Trucker & Contractor. Available from Awesome Diecast. Lettered for Falmouth, Mass. A bit pricey at $120.

Out in 1:87 scale, Oxford Diecast has a new 1950 Chevy panel van ambulance, white over red. Tried to paste it from their web site, but didn't work.

If you are not looking for high end models with a lot of detail and working parts, try Corgi, there are some great vintage rigs to be had, many at reasonable prices on the internet.

I wish they would do one of the new Rosenbauer Panther 6x6 rigs!
