FDNY 1/25 decals

Anybody know if there is a source for FDNY current version decals in 1/25 scale? Got a friend looking for some and I don't have the answer.

Re: LACoFD KME

I just did a quick look at the site. I agree, working lights are not necessary. And looking closely it appears that the booster hose guides are way out of scale. Wheels look like they could use some work also.

Wish it was HO scale! Looks like it has great possibilities. Wheels and tires look great!

Re: Alaska Forestry

Can you elaborate a bit more on the chrome paint? It looks exceptional! I've used alclad with an air brush and for small things a Molotow pen. Have not heard of what you mentioned. Great job on reworking the rig. Very nicely done!

Re: Rainy day kit bash

Nice work on a rebuild! If you have some Solvaset you might try putting some on the decals to soften them and try rubbing them off with a soft tissue. Anything like scraping them will surely mar the paint.

Looks like maybe the Aurora cab but modified to be extended in the back. It's a nice job.

Re: Dinky Cadillac ambulance

That's pretty neat. I've done much the same thing with Evergreen, filling in large holes and then putting over the surface to get a nice smooth finish. Post some more pix! Will be following along. :)

Here's a look at the back. Should have posted earlier.
