Fire Replicas Sutphen Demo
Sutphen Demo Engines from Fire Replicas. If you want you can leave it alone, it is a awesome looking model, or they are very easy to convert to something else. Here’s a few examples of some simple changes using decals from InQuarters and or Microscale, the decals are 1/64th scale and you can see the...

Re: Richmond Rescue Squad
Well the wait is over and I received this model yesterday - in a word, it's fantastic! Having seen and photographed the real one that it's based off of at the last Columbus show, I can say that they did not miss a trick with this one and hopefully they continue with this series of 70's van ambulanc...

Re: Code 3 Diamond Plate Philly Squirt 43
Sure looks like the real Code 3 version to me. They did 2, 43 and 57. I am sure we have someone from the Philly area that could tell us if 43 really had the stripe and marking like the model or was it a mistake by the Code 3 factory. The real Squirt 43 had the same markings color str. 57 had the cor...

Re: Anyone Seen This?
I bought one and built it. My first try at one of these metal kits but I was impressed with the detail that went into it. Of course, it made for a real pain in the butt to make but I learned a lot. I think I am going to buy another one but that will paint it. They have a pic of the real truck on th...

Re: Seagrave Marauder II and Sutphen Monarch Demo Engines
Now I have done two Seagrave Marauder II Demo engines, again not hard at all to bash, just some time, patience, and imagination. Using decals from InQuarters and micro scale with a few little parts added. The roto-ray is from the FR Farifax TDA. Had a bell on from a TWH just looked big so I will nee...

Re: Seagrave Marauder II and Sutphen Monarch Demo Engines
The rear compartment doors are decals basically silver trim from Micro Scale they also have stainless steel. The stripes are InQuarters. This side is Silver Film Trim the other will be stainless steel. Still trying to figure out a department name. The co2 extinguisher is from a corgi part.

Re: Seagrave Marauder II and Sutphen Monarch Demo Engines
Made a little progress on changing the stripe out, once I removed the door handles I played down a White stripe over it. Now to tackle the rear, the white stripe looks good on this.

Re: Anyone Seen This?
Yes, I have seen them at hobby lobby, it's a kit made of photo-etch. Maybe 1/72 scale. I passed on it
